Legacy of Academic Excellence: A Journey From Computational Physics to Smart Tech Solutions
What is the academic legacy of Kusmus? The foundation of Kusmus was laid in the rigorous corridors of theoretical physics. With more than two decades of academic excellence, I have transformed my teaching and research in Computational Science and engineering using Python into a Smart Tech Solutions venture, evolving from diverse training to versatile consultancy.
As a pioneer of Python in Africa, I was the Initiator/Coordinator of the Python African Computational Science and Engineering Tour Project (PACSETPro), dedicated to empowering the next generation of African computational scientists for years.
What is the Smartphones for Smart Learning Project (SSLP)?
The SSLP Initiative is a framework designed to boost accessibility and inclusivity by adopting standard smartphones as mobile computational laboratories. These devices are scaled via cloud computing to function as mobile supercomputers in our pockets.
This initiative is key to driving the requirements of the 4th Sustainable Development Goal (SDG4) on education, ensuring that sovereign intelligence is accessible to all, regardless of their hardware constraints.
