Terms of Service
Legal terms and operational protocols governing enrollment, software deployment, and location-based operations.
1. Terms Acceptance
By accessing the services, website, or physical facilities of Kusmus AI Systems ("Kusmus"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our computational engines, visiting our centers, or enrolling in our courses.
2. Academy Enrollment & Conduct
For students enrolled at our physical training center (No. 41 Yaounde Street, Wuse 6, Abuja), the following requirements apply:
- Attendance & Timeliness: Regular attendance is mandatory to achieve qualification certifications.
- On-Site Conduct: Respectful behavior towards other cohort candidates, instructors, and equipment is strictly enforced. Any behavior that compromises safety or learning will result in immediate termination of student access.
- Hardware Integrity: Students are responsible for the physical security and correct handling of computing workstations and equipment provided on-site.
3. Service Deployments & Node Provisioning
Clients provisioning nodes through our platform (e.g. RunPod-managed VPC configurations) understand and agree:
- You are solely responsible for the content, models, and workflows executed in your dedicated sovereign container pods.
- Kusmus guarantees node isolation, but is not liable for runtime interruptions caused by third-party hosting partners (such as RunPod, AWS, or local bare-metal power grid disruptions).
4. Payments & Billing
Fees for training modules, project execution, or computing infrastructure must be paid through designated bank transfers, verified card gateways, or authorized institutional channels. All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing by the administrative board.
5. Jurisdiction & Governance
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts situated in Abuja.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When modifications are made, the revised terms will be published on our website and posted physically at our office locations.
