As a sovereign technology institution, we maintain physical access controls at our headquarters and training locations. Any physical information collected is strictly kept secure, accessible only to authorized administrative personnel, and is routinely shredded when no longer legally required.

For client enterprise solutions, Kusmus operates under a strict data sovereignty paradigm. Models deployed on your local hardware or VPC remain within your control. We do not inspect, upload, or monetize metadata or query history generated by your private nodes.
5. Compliance & Statutory Disclosures
We process data in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), under the oversight of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC). We will only disclose your personal information if required by law or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with regulatory audits.
